Whilst supporting and developing the technical competency of our graduates, we understand the importance of the human skills needed in business.
Our graduates undertake both mandatory before-placement and continuous after-placement training.
In this ever-changing world, it is important for us to bring out the human elements of our teams: How do they shine in a meeting, or an online call? How do they manage a difficult conversation? How do they deal with adversity? We put in place the building blocks to create the leaders of the future.
Our 2-3-year Junior Leader programme enables graduates to benefit from formalised training which combines both technical and ‘human skills’ provided by our carefully-chosen, world-class Coaches and Partners.
Taken both from industry and other disciplines, they offer unique perspectives on what it takes to succeed in these challenging and ever-changing landscapes.
We offer formalised academic programmes as well as webinar-based technical modules.
The Junior leaders work within our ranges of clients across a mix of industry sectors. They also have access to senior mentoring through our sister company IBAM consulting.
